1.2.4. COPPA (Children's Online Privacy Protection Act) aims to limit the collection of personal information from children under 13 without prior consent from their parents or legal guardians.

1.2.5. ICNA (Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection) establishes rules and standards for the use of information and communication networks and information protection in South Korea.

1.2.6. APPI (Act on the Protection of Personal Information) sets standards for the processing, using, and protection personal information in Japan.

1.2.7. 2.1. The Application is intended for Users aged 4 and above and is not meant for an audience under 4 years old. Mioris strictly adheres to the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) requirements when collecting, using, and disclosing Personal Data of children under 13 years old. We do not collect or store any personal information about children without prior consent and confirmation from their parents or legal guardians.

 

2.2. We take special care to protect the Personal Data of minor Users. If you are a parent or guardian of a child under 4 years old and discover that your child has provided Personal Data without your consent, please contact us immediately through the support service. We will take all necessary measures to delete such data and ensure compliance with applicable laws.

  1. Consent to Personal Data Processing

We process the following categories of personal data: last names, first names, postal addresses, phone numbers. 4.2. Account Identifiers. When authorizing through Apple, Google, and Facebook accounts, or using Email, the Application gains access to the identifiers of these accounts.


4.2.1. Google Authorization. We save the Google identifier, email address, preferred language, and profile image URL.

4.2.2. Facebook Authorization. We save the User's Facebook identifier and email.

4.2.3.Apple ID Authorization. We save the User's Apple identifier and email address.

4.2.4.Email Authorization. We send a confirmation code to the User's email and save the email address.

4.2.5.Guest Authorization. If the User uses the Application as a guest, no Personal Data is collected.

 

4.3. Email: When choosing authorization via Email, the Application requests the User's email address.

 

4.4. Additional Data: Depending on the User's authorization settings, other Personal Data may be transmitted, such as the User's name, age, profile picture, and information voluntarily provided to us, for instance, when contacting our support service.

 

4.5. Purchase, Subscription, and Game Progress Data: After successful authorization and creating a game account, the Application saves information about the User's achievements and progress. It is important to note that the application saves the above-mentioned data only after successfully obtaining authorization and creating a game account. When using the Application without authorizing a game account, progress and achievement data are not saved when transferring to other devices or when the Application is deleted.

5.1. We may send notifications to your phone about new events and issues that arise in the Application. These notifications help Users stay informed about relevant information, updates, and essential events in the Application.

 

5.2. It is important to note that Mioris does not send advertising materials or spam mailings. We strive to provide only useful information related to the operation and functionality of our Application. We may send you messages about other Mioris services, useful information, or products. The User can unsubscribe from our email mailing list at any time.

 

5.3. Additionally, each User has the option to configure notifications on their device. In the application settings, you can deactivate or activate notifications from our Application. This allows you to control what information you receive through notifications and how frequently they are sent.

  1. Storage of Personal Data

6.1. We retain Users' Personal Data until we receive a request for its deletion. Upon receiving a request, the data will be deleted within 60 days. If no deletion request is made, we store Personal Data for 3 years to ensure the application's functioning, as well as for analytical processing and statistics.

 

6.2. It is important to note that in the event of a request to delete Personal Data or the deletion of the Application, we may retain some data in accordance with the law, to fulfill obligations, resolve disputes, or prevent misuse of the Application.

 

6.3. All personal and game data collected by Mioris is protected and stored on servers of integrated external services. This information is used solely for analytical purposes to improve the application's quality and functionality. We guarantee that these data are under no circumstances shared with third parties or used beyond improving our services.

 

6.4. External services. To store certain data and ensure the correct functioning of the Application, we integrate services from third-party providers.
